dURABILITY 
Durable – “Sturdy, strong and the ability to last for a long time resisting wear or damage”
This 50 minute class focuses on building long term physical resilience and includes strength, conditioning and mobility.  For those who want to age well.

straight up Strength  
Because when you are strong, everything is easier. 
These are full body strength sessions using free weights, cables and bodyweight.  A low impact class suitable for beginners to advanced trainees.

CARDIO  
A high energy session that comes with a guaranteed sense of achievement at the end.  Expect intervals of work followed by periods of rest on repeat. We use different tools to do this including cardio machines, bodyweight and free weights. 

3 on 1 strength
A resistance training session programmed to build muscle. Capped to 3 people it is a great place to learn how to strength train or get that extra push to realise your capabilities.  No hiding in a group of 3!   

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING These small group personal training sessions are a space to work on your own tailor made strength training program.  I provide your program specific to your goals and your bodies requirements, education on how to move well and train smart and accountability so you actually get the work done to reach your goals. Personal training without the PT price tag. These groups are capped at 3 people.

Bookings and prepayment are essential to secure a spot.
Class sizes are capped to allow for personalised training and programming.
