Conditioning
Working to improve strength endurance and increase conditioning (cardiovascular fitness), this class will incorporate many tools to get the job done including dumbbells, kettlebells, suspension training and bodyweight, airdyne, rower and ski erg etc.  Get fitter, stronger, burn bodyfat and crank up your metabolism.


HIIT
You can train hard or you can train long, you cant do both!  We are going to train hard and short.  Get in and get out. Also known as Metabolic Conditioning, these sessions are high in intensity and high in benefits.  Increase fitness and strip bodyfat.


Strength
Because when you are strong, everything is easier.  These are full body 1 hour strength sessions or choose the 30min option for those short on time. Expect to use bodyweight, free weights and suspension trainers. This is a low impact class suitable for beginners to advanced trainees.


Bells And Bodyweight
This is a class focused on building strength and improving conditioning using the Kettlebell and our own bodyweight as the tools of choice.  Suitable for all fitness levels.


Teenage Girls
A small group session to help our teenage girls get strong, increase fitness, move better and develop a positive relationship with their bodies.
SPORT SPECIFIC – is designed to improve movement patterns and strength to improve performance and prevent injury especially around knees and ankles.


Teenage Boys
A small group session to help our boys get  stronger. These are non competitive sessions where they can learn and train in a safe environment.


Cost

Personal training from $45 per session.
Shared sessions – cost can be shared between 2 parties.
Phone to discuss your needs to reach your goals.
Group Sessions $20.00 each or $55 for 3 or more sessions per week.
Group Personal Training and Rehab sessions include your own personal program and cost $25.00. (class size 2-5 people)
Teenage group sessions are per 10 week Term. $165 per term.

Bookings and prepayment are essential to secure a spot, class sizes are capped.

Rehab
Do you have a niggling injury that is holding you back?  A weak link or imbalance that is not allowing you to progress your training?  Do you have a rehab plan that you never actually do on your own?  We have got you covered.  We can write you a program to help work on the weak/broken bits whilst training harder on the bits that work well still in a small group environment.


Group PT
Want personalised training, specific to your goals and your body but without the Personal Training pricetag? Then share your trainer with 1-3 others and you get your own personalised program for both in the gym, in the kitchen and in the rest of your life at a very affordable price. This is a great option to get results fast!


Teenage Girls

Learn To Be Lean
This educational program is run over 4 weeks and teaches everything you need to reach your fatloss goals. Covering the 4 elements of permanent and healthy fatloss, nutrition, exercise, mindset and lifestyle, each week be provided with new information and a plan of how to put it into place in YOUR life to reach YOUR goals. Recipes and menu ideas are provided for added inspiration along with accountability and support.  Take back control and make the change, become your best version of you!
