Crosstraining

Working to improve strength and increase conditioning, this class will incorporate many tools to get the job done including dumbbells, kettlebells, suspension training, bodyweight and occasional machine work including airdyne, rower and ski erg.  Get stronger, fitter, burn bodyfat and crank up your metabolism.

HIIT
Improve physical health and mental health with a dose of cardio.  Using a combination of machines, bodyweight and a variety of tools where required, get in for 45 minutes of fun to lift your heart rate, lift your happy hormones and burn some fat if that’s your goal. These sessions are always varied and are written with progressions for all fitness levels. 

Strength
Because when you are strong, everything is easier.  These are full body strength sessions for those short on time. Expect to use bodyweight, free weights and suspension trainers. This is a low impact class suitable for beginners to advanced trainees.

Bells And Bodyweight
This is a class focused on building strength and improving conditioning using the Kettlebell and our own bodyweight as the tools of choice.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

MAKING MUSCLES
60 minute Strength session designed to hit muscle groups hard, creating the stimulus to “make muscles”. Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Cables, TRX and bodyweight are what we use to get the job done.

 CARDIO And CORE
Affectionately known as Fun Friday. A combination of exercises to get the heart rate up and lots of work for your midsection. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class guarantees a lively finish to the working week

Teenage Girls
A small group session to help our teenage girls get strong, increase fitness, move better and develop a positive relationship with their bodies.

Teenage Boys
A small group session to help our boys get  stronger. These are non competitive sessions where they can learn and train in a safe environment.

PERSONAL TRAINING from $45 per session.
