BELLS AND BODYWEIGHT Working to improve strength and increase conditioning, this class will incorporates kettlebells or dumbbells and bodyweight to get the job done.  Get stronger, burn bodyfat and crank up your metabolism.

OVER 60’s STRENGTH   You have read the research, you know getting strong and doing strength training is key to good health and longevity but you don’t know how to start.  Well this is how you start.  A small group in an intimate space with like minded ladies who want to learn how to lift.  Targeted at over 50’s (I know all about those knees, shoulders and backs that may have taken a bit of a beating over the last few decades) but anyone is welcome who wants a no fluff, basic but effective strength training experience.  

Strength Because when you are strong, everything is easier.  These are full body strength sessions for those short on time. Expect to use bodyweight, free weights and suspension trainers. This is a low impact class suitable for beginners to advanced trainees.

StrONG AND MOBILE Because when you are strong, everything is easier but when you mobile everything is more comfortable.  Use it or lose it, challenge your muscles to increase strength then mobilise your joints to keep you supple, capable, injury free and feeling young!

CARDIO A high energy session that is tough but fun and comes with a guaranteed sense of achievement at the end. Expect intervals of work followed by periods of rest on repeat.  We use different tools to do this including cardio machines, bodyweight and free weights.

making muscles A resistance training session programmed to hit the muscle groups and build lean muscle.  This session is centred around free weights, cables and bodyweight. 

Cardio + CORE Affectionately known as Fun Friday. A combination of exercises to get the heart rate up and lots of work for your midsection. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class guarantees a lively finish to the working week,

Choose your own adventure
Like to do your own thing but would like to have a trainer overseeing what you’re doing?  Or maybe 7am is just the perfect time for you to train. From 7am to 8am drop in and work on your own program, tackle the strength or cardio session that’s written up for the day or just decide on the day to do what your body needs. Structure, guidance and education along with flexibility is what you get at these sessions.

LADIES WHO LIFT These small group personal training sessions are a space to work on your own tailor made strength training program.  I provide your program specific to your goals and your bodies requirements, education on how to move well and train smart and accountability so you actually get the work done to reach your goals. Personal training without the PT price tag. These groups are capped at 4 people.

Teenage Girls A group session to help our teenage girls get strong, increase fitness, move better and develop a positive relationship with their bodies.
