Group Training – Get fit, strong and healthy from the convenience of home with our online group training. Choose from 12 sessions per week and be coached by me in real time working around any injuries or limitations you have, using whatever, if any equipment you have on hand. All sessions are written to be able to be completed with no equipment so anyone can participate. These virtual class really are just like being in the gym with me. Be educated, be motivated and importantly be kept accountable. Class numbers are kept small so I can give everyone personal attention meaning these sessions really ARE about you and what your body needs.
Choose to do just 1 or 2 sessions per week or get a Membership pass to do 3 or more sessions per week.
As a bonus, get access to our closed group where weekly free workouts are posted and access to recorded sessions in case life gets in the way and you miss one.
